SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping cost are not included in any of the paintings.
- For paintings in stock once the order has been placed, it will be prepared to be shipped within the next 5-7 business days, this period is not included in the total shipping time. For commissions, once the painting is dry and varnished, it will be prepared and the shipment will be organized. Please keep in mind that this process can vary in time.
- Remember that shipping time may be longer than expected due to various factors, such as package retention, invalid addresses, weather factors or unforeseen circumstances.
- As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number with which you can track the location of your package.
Shipping companies
For shipping I work with the following companies: UPS, Fedex and USPS.
Transportation times are approximate.
USA, Mexico and Canada are 4-5 business days.
Central and South America is 6 to 7 business days.
The European Union is 7 to 8 days.
Duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. I recommend reviewing and researching your country's import regulations.
Shipping of rolled painting
By choosing this option, your painting will be shipped rolled up in a rigid cardboard tube. It is an easy and comfortable option for
transportation.
Shipping of streched painting
Your painting will be ready to hang! Shipped protected with packing paper and bubble wrap to ensure protection during shipping. Stretched paintings have painted sides so they can be hung immediately.
